Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Tickets

Cancellation:

You can cancel your tickets up to 20 days before the fest starts. Unfortunately, cancellations after this date won’t qualify for a refund.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations, but please note that any processing fees or taxes won’t be included in the refund. Refund will be processed in 3 days.

How to Cancel:

Drop us an email at tirutsava@iittp.ac.in with your ticket details (like the transaction ID). Once approved, your refund will be sent to the original payment method within 20 days.

2. Merchandise

Cancelling Your Order:

Merchandise orders can only be cancelled within 20 days of placing them—provided they haven’t already been shipped.

Refunds & Exchanges:

If you cancel on time, we’ll process a refund after deducting any applicable fees. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you can request an exchange by emailing tirutsava@iittp.ac.in within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability. It is required to provide a proper video of unboxing showing the damage.

How It Works:

Include your order ID and proof of purchase in your email. We’ll guide you from there!

3. A Few Important Points

Non-Refundable Items:

Some items—like limited-edition merch or flash sales—are non-refundable. Don’t worry; we’ll make sure this is clear when you make your purchase.

Event Cancellation:

If the fest gets cancelled (we hope it won’t!), full refunds for tickets and eligible merchandise will be issued automatically using the original payment method.

Third-Party Purchases:

If you bought tickets or merchandise through a third-party vendor, their cancellation and refund policies will apply.
